The Message
State Of The Art Working Topolgy and Technology
Mr Cameron, further to my recent tweet dated 29 April 2013, the theme of my message is to state that some of the working practices and procedures within Local Councils and DWP, especally the jobCentre Plus Chains are too old and far behind our trur working capabilities within any civilized progressive office with a network of conputerised systems!
In view of modern technology, the practises of Local councils and JobCentrePlus administrative offices are out of date and rather antiquated! Simply what these offices need are automated systems whereby smart card technology like
the oyster,
Sim Cards,
Swipe Card Security entry systems
plus online banking topology’s shown here
can be deployed within these offices to eleviate staff with nothing better to do causing articulate clients unecessary grief, time wasting, financial hardship, just so that they can have an eventful day!
What Local Governments and the client facing offices of DWP, JobCentrePlus, need are the facility to allow clients to update their detail themsselves using online version of DPGENS and JSA460 etc
This is all possible when all eligible clients or candidates are used with smart card account cards inco-orporating their national insurance numbers and the printed paper sign on books that all claimants are issued!

Dear Prime Minister,
Re Recruitment Consultancy & Careers Advice Service Catalyst Needed
In my
personal Viewpoint and from a professional point of view in relation to trade and industry disregarding Academic Credentials such as Phd, Bsc or MA as the only qualifying credentials needed to get Britain going again!
I refer to the Welfare Reform Bill 2013 DWP’s Iain Duncan Smithis policy reviews and its effects on Job Center Plus across the UK concerning those in receipt of state benefits and those eager to re-enter the work and trading markets but being hindered by express terms and conditions of a contractual agreement with any Job Center Plus site. Although the Bill is comprehensive and quite impressive to restructure and re-organise the job center plus getting to back regimes, it lack a major ingredient from a users or clients point of view!
What each job center needs is for its current programmes to be completely scrapped and restructurered into a Recruit Consultancy and Careers Advice Center for Work Seekers!
Why ?
To get a simple task done at some centers, you have make pointless calls to an off site call center some times only to get a form sent to you that should be on site!
Simple updates, like bank details ends up being a complete shambles and clients often end in despair, because nothing is done direct from some of these centers.
Simply job center plus sites are becoming complete a waste of time and staff just telling clients to call remote call centers for things that can be done locally! Some people suffer for months due to staff negligence!
What Is Needed
A bank account style sign on NINO Smart Cards Cards allowing users or clients to update their own details at all job center plus centers allowing staff, civil servants to be retrained as state recruitment consultants and careers advisers offering and advicing on taylored carees training for all clients skilled to the unskilled!
Sign-On Cards with this type of user GUI after logon at job center plus centers will offer state of the art technology to clients plus allowing staff at job centers actually being able to offer employment service advice rather than the useless choices they have been given presently!
